Product Overview:
The integrated temperature, pressure and flow monitor has a high-precision micro differential pressure/static pressure sensor and is equipped with a backflush and zero mark unit. It is an integrated temperature, pressure and flow rate monitor specially developed for continuous monitoring of flue gas emissions in high dust, high temperature and high humidity environments. It can be used in the flue gas emission monitoring system (CEMS) to perform real-time continuous measurement of flue gas temperature, pressure, velocity and flow rate.
Measuring principle:
The structure of temperature, pressure, flow integrated monitor mainly includes micro differential pressure transmitter, thermal resistor (or thermocouple), pitot tube backflush solenoid valve, temperature and pressure compensation, etc. Its measuring principle: the primary pressure taking element adopts the traditional pitot tube measurement method. After correct installation, the full pressure and back pressure taking tubes of the pitot tube will transmit the detected dynamic pressure and static pressure to the differential pressure transmitter respectively. The differential pressure transmitter converts the difference between the dynamic pressure and the static pressure into a 4~20mA square root proportional current and transmits it to the distribution box data acquisition module. The computer in the CEMS cabinet processes the data. The inner and outer surfaces of the pitot tube are specially treated to effectively avoid flue gas corrosion and reduce dust adhesion. The backflush solenoid valve is mainly used for system backflush when measuring dirty gases (such as flue gas discharged from boilers): when the probe detection hole is adhered to and accumulated with dust and dirt, the solenoid valve is opened at a fixed time or according to a predetermined program, and the compressed air is connected to the two pressure taking tubes at the same time for blowing. The solenoid valve is in the off state during normal measurement.
Application:
Chemical production monitoring: In the chemical production process, the integrated temperature, pressure and flow monitor can be used to monitor the temperature, pressure and flow in the pipeline to ensure the stability and safety of the production process. For example, in the petrochemical and coal chemical industries, the device can monitor the operating conditions of equipment such as reactors and pipelines to prevent safety accidents caused by abnormal temperature and pressure.
