Product Overview:

Working Principle: The physical quantity directly measured by the open channel flow meter is the liquid level. When used for open channel flow measurement, a water measuring weir is installed on the open channel. The water measuring weir converts the flow in the open channel into the height of the liquid level. The instrument measures the water level in the water measuring weir, and then calculates the instantaneous flow according to the relationship between the water level and flow of the corresponding water measuring weir.

Use: Used in conjunction with the water measuring weir to measure the flow of water in the open channel. Mainly used to measure the flow of sewage treatment plants, sewage outlets of enterprises and institutions, and urban sewers.

Application:

Urban drainage system: Ultrasonic open channel flowmeters can be installed in the open channel section of the urban drainage network to monitor drainage flow in real time. It helps urban drainage management departments know drainage conditions, prevent waterlogging, and optimize the operation of drainage facilities.

Sewage treatment: At the inlet and outlet of the sewage treatment plant, ultrasonic open channel flow meters are used to measure sewage flow, ensure the normal operation of sewage treatment facilities, and monitor the treatment effect.
