Introduction:

Industrial water conductivity meter is an in-line water quality monitor with a microprocessor. The instrument is configured with different types of conductivity electrodes of different types and different constants.

It is used for continuously monitoring the conductivity value and the temperature value of the water body. Widely used in power plants, petrochemical, metallurgy, paper industry, environmental water treatment, light industry, electronics and other fields.

The instrument is operated with LCD display and a smart English menu. It has the following advantages: current or voltage output, free setting of measuring range, high and low limit alarm prompt and two groups of relay control switches, adjustable hysteresis range, automatic or manual temperature compensation.

Applications:

In water treatment, electrical conductivity meter can be used to monitor the ion concentration, hardness, salinity and other data in water. Assist in analysis of water purity and process control.
In the pharmaceutical process, the conductivity meter is used to measure the drug concentration and purity, which is helpful for the pharmaceutical factory to supervise and guarantee the drug quality. It can also monitor ion concentration changes during drug extraction and concentration to ensure drug quality and safety.
In the electric power industry, the conductivity meter is used to monitor the change of ion concentration in the process of water treatment, to ensure that the water quality meets the requirements, and to improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.
